Stop for a moment.
Turn your attention to your breath.
Feel your breath breathe you.
Let your hips and legs be heavy and rooted.
Expand from the inside, get tall on your inhale.
As you exhale keep a spaciousness inside.
Soften your outer body. Soften your skin.
Close your eyes and find your center.
In stillness...
With the pulse
Of your heartbeat and breath
Gently
rocking you...
Direct your gaze inward.
Find the sanctuary of your heart where peace lives.
If you need a mantra, try "Om shanti, shanti, shanti".
(Shanti means peace.)
